Central Animal Hospital Treats Pets as Members of the Family
Welcome to Scarsdale’s Central Animal Hospital where we are here to serve all the health care needs of furry fa
mily members. Our animal clinic serves Scarsdale and the surrounding Westchester communities seven days a week, while our website is stocked with easily-accessible information and resources you can use any time of the day no matter where you are.
Our animal clinic health care team includes six veterinarians, licensed technicians, attentive receptionists and trained kennel assistants. Our qualified team of professionals speaks several languages that include Spanish, Japanese, Hebrew, Russian, German, Croatian and Ukranian. Our most revered claim to fame, however, is the way we speak to your pets.
Veterinary Hospital Serves Dogs, Cats, Birds, Pocket Pets, and Exotics
with Routine and Emergency Care
Our compassionate care transcends language when it comes to our wide variety of feathered, furry and fuzzy patients. Our animal clinic provides care for dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, birds, ferrets and your favorite pocket pets of rats, hamsters, mice, guinea pigs and other small animals. Our vets are also trained in treating your exotic pets and our patients have in
cluded a wallaby, owl, turkey, and monitor lizard. Dr. Gross even neutered a goat that resides at Greenburgh Nature Center. Our veterinary hospital services include dog and cat surgeries, dentistries, pet vaccinations, diagnosing and treating various conditions and regular check-ups every furry family member deserves to stay in the best of health.
Meet our veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians and kennel assistants and learn more about our veterinary hospital services right here on our website. We perform routine or emergency surgeries as well as procedures for all your furry family members. All of our veterinarians are current and active members of local, state, and national veterinary organizations.
Our compassion and assistance for animals does not stop when our animal clinic closes, either. It also extends beyond our local community. Dr. Woltz and two of our licensed veterinary technicians traveled to Ground Zero after the Twin Tower tragedy to care for the search and rescue dogs that worked in the rubble there.
"Your Pet's Health is Our Primary Concern" -- always. For more information, contact our animal hospital at 914-723-1250 or e-mail us through the website.
